How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. It must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Email info@expsafety.co.za first to request a return. If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us immediately. Refunds are subject to inspection and approval. If approved, the refund is made to your original payment method within 10 business days; bank or card processing can take additional time. See our Refund Policy for full details.
